Cancellation Policy and Procedure

You may cancel at anytime to prevent further billing. To cancel simply email your username, first and last name to picksthatmakecents@gmail.com. Please title the subject line "Cancel," so we can handle this in a timely fashion. You will recieve an email confirmation within 24 hours stating that we have handled your request to cancel and you will no longer be billed.

Refund Policy

All initial payments are 100% refundable. We allow 30 days for the annual subscriptions and 14 days for the monthly trial. We dont do partial refunds, instead you will obtain access to the site until the next billing cycle. For example: A member takes monthly trial on April 30th and sends a request to cancel on May 30th. April 30th they will be billed $7 for the monthly trial, May 14th they will be billed $57 for 30 days, but will obtain access to the site until the 13th of June. Please Note Well: We will not refund orders outside of the refund period for any reason.
